Your satisfaction is our number one priority here at iShopCandy.com!  Therefor, our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure optimal quality upon arrival at your door.
 

At this moment, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We issue NO REFUNDS at this time.  No exceptions, sorry :(
 

Exchanges may be possible in the event that you need a different size clothing item.  We expect to receive the item(s) you are sending back in perfect conditions, otherwise we reserve the right to void the exchange without interchanging sizes or a refund.  You are responsible for shipping costs in the exchange.  Exchanges cannot be processed until approved by customer service.

 

 

We cannot honor requests for an order after 14 days of you placing it.


Insurance is covered in shipping & handling fees, so in the event that your products arrive damaged or get lost in transit, we'll be able to initiate a recovery process to replace the damaged/lost item(s) with the same item(s) (pending upon stock availability) or issue a store credit.  We will need clear, uncropped photos of the damaged item(s) in order to begin the claims procedure. We reserve the right to approve or decline moving forward with the process depending on the proof of the claim you send us.
